Evidence/activity/anecdote: One of the main benefits of our school is all the community events the happen here. Many of these involve students in my class, such as soccer days, concerts and plays. Some of the students that don't necessarily shine in my class, do so in these venues. I also participated in the Math Review Committee to help revise and further our curriculum.

Allows me to see the students strengths that are not apparent in a classroom setting.
